These Terms of Service govern your use of www.parex.ai. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using www.parex.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, including those who sign up for our waitlist.

2. About Parex

Parex (“Parex,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a financial technology company that advances capital on future bank disbursements for construction companies. This Site is an informational landing page.

Signing up on this page expresses interest only. It does not create a credit agreement, loan agreement, financing commitment, or any other financial relationship between you and Parex. Any actual financing product will be governed by a separate written agreement executed at the time of onboarding.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Site under applicable law.

4. Waitlist signup

When you submit your email address:

  • You are registering interest in Parex’s product. No service is being provided yet.
  • You may receive product updates, launch notifications, and company news.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hi@parex.ai.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, images, product names, and the Parex name and mark, is the property of Parex or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our consent.
  • Impersonate Parex, its team, or any other person.

7. No financial or legal advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes:

  • Financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to enter any financial transaction.
  • Legal advice.
  • A regulated financial service or product offer.

Parex’s financing products, when available, will be subject to applicable financial services regulations in each jurisdiction and to separate agreements. Always consult qualified advisors before entering a financial transaction.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Parex does not control those sites, is not responsible for their content, and does not endorse them. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Parex does not warrant that:

  • The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Parex and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed USD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parex and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Site, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version at www.parex.ai/terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Parex regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
